2. The customer may place an order through our website https://boldnblack.com/, by placing the order the customer completely agrees to pay the specified price contained therein
3. We shall process an order confirmation via contact@boldnblack.in , this confirmation serves as acceptance of the order

h.The terms and conditions, usage of the website and privacy policy of this agreement shall be governed by Indian law

1. Any damage or loss to the product after the delivery will strictly not be covered and will solely be the buyer’s responsibility.The customer shall strictly refuse to accept delivery if the item is damaged
2. “Bold and Black” cannot take any responsibility or control the information provided by the other users which is made available on this website. Please be cautious and practice safe trading when using the website 
3. The customer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosure and other communications that we provide you electronically satisfy all legal requirements
4. Your contract is with us (the sellers)  and you confirm that the product ordered by you are purchased for your internal purpose and not for resale or business purpose
5. Any withholding tax required to be deducted from any payment to buyer to seller for the purchase of goods will be deducted by buyer from the prices of the goods
6. With the exceptions of the buyers affiliates, no other party to this agreement shall have any rights to enforce its terms and conditions
7. Both parties must agree to keep all confidential information related to the purchase secret
8. Customer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosure and other communications that we provide you electronically satisfy all legal requirements
9. The items purchased from sellers listed on ‘Bold and Black’ are returnable within the return window except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable 
10. By purchasing any product from our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our ‘Bold and Black’ guidelines
11. The use of the Platform by you is solely governed by these Terms as well as the Privacy Policy (“Policy” or “Privacy Policy”), available here any modifications or amendments made thereto by “Bold and Black” from time to time, at its sole discretion. Visiting the Platform and using any of the Services provided on the Platform shall be deemed to signify your unequivocal acceptance of these Terms and the aforementioned Policy and you expressly agree to be bound by the same. You expressly agree and acknowledge that the terms and Policy are co-terminus and that expiry / termination of either one will lead to the termination of the other.

13. 14. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer acknowledge and agree to your duty to periodically check the terms and stay updated on its requirements. If the customer continue to use the Platform following such a change, you will be deemed to have consented to all amendments/modifications made to the Terms and other policies of the Platform Incorporated herein by way of reference. In so far as you comply with these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non transferable, revocable, and limited right and privilege to enter and use the Platform. By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use,the customer also accept and agree to be bound by “Bold and Black” policies including but not limited to the Privacy Policy as you from time to time Amended
15. “Bold and Black” does not warrant that the Product descriptions or any other content on the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.
