1. Any damage or loss to the product after the delivery will strictly not be covered and will solely be the buyers responsibility.The customer shall strictly refuse to accept delivery if the item is damaged
2. “Bold and Black” cannot take any responsibility or control the information provided by the other users which is made available on this website. Please be cautious and practice safe trading when using the website 
3. The customer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosure and other communications that we provide you electronically satisfy all legal requirements
4. Your contract is with us (the sellers)  and you confirm that the product ordered by you are purchased for your internal purpose and not for resale or business purpose
5. Any withholding tax required to be deducted from any payment to buyer to seller for the purchase of goods will be deducted by buyer from the prices of the goods
6. With the exceptions of the buyers affiliates, no other party to this agreement shall have any rights to enforce its terms and conditions

In so far as you comply with these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non transferable, revocable, and limited right and privilege to enter and use the Platform. 1. User Account, Password, and Security

If the customer uses the Platform, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and you shall be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your display name and password. The customer agree, undertake and confirm that your use of the Platform shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:

3. Is misleading in any way
4. Involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters”, or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”
5. Promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous
6. Infringes upon or violates any third party’s rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person’s name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity

10. Contains video, photographs, or images of another person (with a minor or an adult)
11. 12. Interferes with another User’s use and enjoyment of the Platform or any other individual’s User and enjoyment of similar services
13. Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright,designs or other proprietary rights or third party’s trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy or shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen products
14. Violates any law for the time being in force
15. Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation
16. Shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading
17. Shall not create liability for Us or cause Us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Our internet service provider (ISP) or other suppliers

3.2  The User may be considered fraudulent or loss to business due to fraudulent activity if any of the following scenarios are met:

1.The Users don’t reply to the payment verification mail sent by “Bold and Black”

2.Users fail to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification

3. Misuse of another User’s phone/email
4. The customer uses an invalid address, email and phone no.
5. Overuse of a voucher code
6. Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used
7. Users return the wrong product
8. Users refuse to pay for an order
9. Users involved in the snatch and run of any order
10. Miscellaneous activities conducted with the sole intention to cause loss to “Bold and Black”
11. Any User with a very high return rate
12. Repeated request for monetary compensation for fake order
13. “Bold and Black” may cancel any order that classifies as ‘Bulk Orders’/’Fraud orders’ under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order be classified as ‘Bulk Order’/’Fraud Order’ if it meets with the below-mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by “Bold and Black”
14. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
15. Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address, depending on the product category.
16. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
17. Invalid address given in order details
18. Any malpractice carried out to place the order
19. Any promotional voucher used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ may not be refunded
20. Any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole.

4. Contents Posted on Platform

All the texts, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music and artwork (“Content”), is a third party user generated content and “ Bold and Black” has no control over such third party user generated content as “ Bold and Black” is merely an intermediary for the purposes of this terms of Use, Such Content will become our property and you grant us the worldwide, perpetual, and transferable rights in such Content. Any credits earned through loyalty or referral program, “Bold and Black” credit and pending refunds if any will be forfeited in such case. Returns/Refund for such Users shall be at the sole discretion of “Bold and Black”

If you use any false e-mail address or use the portal for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes, which may cause annoyance and inconvenience and abuses any policy and rules of the company or mislead “Bold and Black” by sharing multiple address and phone numbers or transacting with mala-fide intentions then “Bold and Black” reserves the right to refuse access to the portal, terminate accounts including any linked accounts without notice to you.

13. Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise specified, the material on the Platform is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. “Bold and Black” makes no representation that materials in the Platform are appropriate or available for use in other Countries other than India. This is absolutely necessary for us to consider your disclosure a responsible one. While we appreciate the inputs of White-hat hackers, we may take legal recourse if the identified vulnerabilities are exploited for unlawful gains or getting access to restricted customer or system information or impairing our systems.
